• Presence during appointments and deliveries
We attend your property to provide access and remain on-site for technicians, maintenance services, deliveries or inspections, ensuring everything runs smoothly and your home is secured afterwards.

• Maintenance coordination and supervision
We arrange access for trusted professionals, oversee the work while it is being carried out and check the property once the work is completed, reporting back to you with updates and photos if required.

• Storm and extreme weather inspections (priority)
After heavy rain, strong winds or storms, we inspect your property as soon as possible for damage, leaks, fallen branches, fencing issues or water ingress, with fast reporting and immediate recommendations if action is needed.

• Arrival preparation
Before you arrive, we inspect your home, ventilate rooms, check water and electricity, prepare climate settings and ensure the property is clean, fresh and ready for your stay.

• Departure checks
After you leave, we carry out a full security and condition check, ensuring doors and windows are secured, appliances are off, water is properly shut down if required and everything is left in good order.

• Grocery shopping and basic home preparation
On request, we can arrange essential groceries, bottled water and basic household items, so you can relax immediately upon arrival without needing to go shopping first.

• Special requests tailored to your situation
We are happy to discuss individual needs, such as preparing the home for visiting family, coordinating key handovers, checking on specific concerns or arranging additional inspections when required.
