After heavy rain, strong winds or storms, we inspect your property as soon as possible for damage, leaks, fallen branches or water ingress, with fast reporting and immediate recommendations.

Before you arrive, we inspect your home, ventilate rooms, check water and electricity, prepare climate settings and ensure the property is clean, fresh and ready for your stay.

After you leave, we carry out a full security and condition check, ensuring doors and windows are secured, appliances are off, water is shut down if required and everything is in good order.

On request, we arrange essential groceries, bottled water and basic household items, so you can relax immediately upon arrival without needing to go shopping first.
