We offer both Personal Home Watch and Property Care services, tailored to your individual needs and schedule.
During a visit, we carry out a visual inspection of your property, including:
• Interior and exterior checks
• Doors, windows and locks
• Signs of leaks, damage or irregularities
• Basic ventilation and water flow checks
• Identification of any potential concerns
After each visit you will receive a clear inspection report with photos and videos, so you always know the condition of your property.
Inspection frequency is fully customisable and can be scheduled:
• Weekly
• Bi-weekly
• Monthly
The frequency depends on your preferences, insurance requirements and the type of property.
If an issue is found, we will inform you immediately and discuss the next steps with you. We can help coordinate trusted local professionals such as plumbers, electricians, or maintenance companies, but all repair and contractor costs are paid directly by the owner, and are not included in the Home Watch service fee.
With your prior authorization we can arrange urgent intervention to prevent further damage or security risks. You will be informed as soon as possible. Any additional Home Watch visit required for emergency response is charged at the standard fixed fee, unless it is already included in your package.

No. Home Watch complements an alarm system but does not replace it.

No. We work with clear, fixed pricing. All Home Watch packages and additional services are charged at agreed rates, and any extra visit or service outside your package is billed at a fixed fee of €200 including Spanish IVA (21%), unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Yes. You can upgrade your Home Watch package at any time if your situation changes or if you would like more frequent inspections or additional services. We will be happy to advise you on the best option for your needs.
Yes. All prices shown on our website and in our brochures include Spanish IVA (21%), so there are no additional tax charges added later.

No. Axarquía Home Watch & Property Care is not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, theft, burglary, vandalism, or other incidents that may occur during or between Home Watch visits.
Our services are limited to non-invasive, visual inspections, and reporting only. We are not a security service and do not replace alarm systems, surveillance, or insurance coverage.
While any issues discovered during an inspection will be reported promptly. Home Watch services cannot guarantee the prevention of damage, loss, or unforeseen events. The property owner remains responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance at all times.
